Sale and Delivery
Price
All prices are quoted net, Swiss VAT is not included. We quote our prices, without obligation, in Swiss Francs (CHF). Prices may be changed at any time without prior notification to reflect current market conditions .
Delivery
By a Forwarder: The actual cost is charged to the account of the customer
By Mail: The actual cost is charged to the account of the customer
Dispatch is executed at risk and peril of the receiver. Delivery dates
We aim to keep delivery dates whenever possible. Please take note that delivery dates are indicated without obligation whatsoever.
Payment conditions
30 days net, no deductions of payment discount. In special cases, we reserve the right to ask for a downpayment or to only supply cash against delivery.
Invoicing
Minimum order value CHF 200.--. A pro forma invoice is issued upon receipt of the order with payment indication before delivery. Bank or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Retention of title
The goods remain property of the supplier until the invoice is fully paid.
Sales contracts
Sales contracts are valid for a certain time period. We reserve the right to invoice or to cancel such contracts that are not fulfilled within the agreed time period.
Returns
Returns shall only be accepted, if they they are accompanied by the respective delivery bulletin or an other valid proof. Returns have to be sent back within 8 days after receipt of the merchandise. After this delay, we only accept returns after mutual agreement. Damaged goods will not be accepted back. Goods that had been ordered on special order can not be taken back. Credits issued for returns will be subject to a deduction of 10% of the net goods value to cover our cost associated with returns.
Complaints
We only accept complaints that are communicated to us within 8 days after receipt of goods.
Orders
We have the possibility to place special orders with our suppliers. In these instances cost for Express-Mail and all other cost associated with the order is charged to the account of the customer and will be invoiced.
Area of jurisdiction is Delémont JU.
These conditions replace all previously issued conditions. Januar 2012
